11am – 3pm | Circular Lot East of Elmwood Park Pavilion
Get your green spring clean on and bring your hard-to-recycle items to our collection event!
Bring your yard material, food waste, or other compostables to Hillside Solutions’ big old metal box. They’ll take it to their commercial composting farm and turn it into nutrient-dense soil for local gardens, landscapes, and farms. Anything that can fit within the trunk of a car or back of a personally-owned pickup truck is acceptable. Details here: https://www.hillside.solutions/quickstart/#composting
ELECTRONICS & METAL
Bring your electronics–anything with a cord, battery or motor–to be sorted and properly recycled or fully refurbished by Cross Electronic Recycling! Most items are free to process, but check the website for exceptions: https://www.crossrecycling.com/
Metal is also accepted!

Share the gift of sight and sound with those in need! Donate your eye glasses and hearing aids (any make, model, and style) to the Lions Club. Your donations will help make a big difference in someone else’s life.

Bring your bottles & jars to be recycled by Glassman Recycling & Repurposing, Omaha’s only curbside glass recycling service. They keep it local and use the glass to make new products in our community. Not accepting: window glass
