Green Menu

After the Earth Day Celebration in Antelope Park, tour your favorite Haymarket restaurants, cafes, and bars and enjoy a sustainable selection of food and drink. Location details will be available soon. Information for businesses and attendees is below.

Haymarket Restaurants
Spice up Lincoln’s Earth Day Celebration by greening your menu! Food and beverage establishments in the Haymarket are asked to participate in Green Meals on April 24. This is an opportunity to show the community how sustainable you can be and support a local event.

To take part, simply sell a sustainable entree, appetizer, dessert, beverage or all of the above! Offer whatever you’re interested in creating, and serve it in your own establishment. The only rule is, whether it’s a steak dinner or a pint of beer, it must be sustainable.   For sustainable ideas go to http://www.nebraskafood.org

Your business will be promoted on Earth Day materials as a Green Meals or Sustain-a-Brew participant, and you will receive a decal to place in your window.
