We ask that no food is sold except by pre-qualified vendors during this event.  Free samples are permitted. No Food preparation on site is allowed. We are striving to make this a zero-waste event. Please keep this in mind when making your plans. Exhibitors will need to pack in everything needed for set-up and be responsible for clean up after the event. Booths are outside and you should be prepared for inclement weather by providing your own tent if necessary.

Weather Contingency Plan: In the case of inclimate weather, exhibitors will be notified with alternate staging plans.

Booths vs. Entertainment Activities: We encourage exhibitors to use booth space to host mini-demos or informational lectures for sustainable living. These activities however, must be contained within your 10'x 10' booth space. If your activity requires more room we encourage you to fill out an activity application for green space usage. Entertainment activities do not require additional registration fees but will be selected and scheduled by the Arts/Entertainment committee. A separate activity application can be found here.

Use of Earth Day Logo: The Lincoln Earth Day logo may not be used without permission.
